The Students Learning Essential Assets of Development (L.E.A.D.) Team is comprised of  students from each high school in Prince William County Schools who have been trained  in the 40 Developmental Assets®. The members meet at least once a month to educate, communicate and plan for asset building in the schools and community. They promote  asset development through Give-Back Projects they plan and implement. These student leaders are empowered to make a difference within their circle of influence. 

Accomplishments include:
 Conference, Classified Professional Development Day and Office of Student Services  Symposium
 Youth panel for Regional Bullying Conference
Introduced speaker for VA Association of School Nurses Conference
 Continue to provide student leadership opportunities such as speaking engagements,  planning and implementation of annual Prince William County Public Schools Student Leadership Conference
 and service learning project

 Supervisors and Prince William County School Board

 Nothing but Nets-raise money to buy nets for families in Africa to protect from malaria
