PWCS is excited to share The Hub, a new portal for parents, teachers, and students to access educational information. The Hub will encompass ParentVUE, StudentVUE, and TeacherVUE.

Starting this school year, you will have access to ParentVUE, which replaces Parent Portal that you may have used in the past. This new tool will give you access to your child's classroom assignments, grades, and attendance information.  Instructions on how to set up your ParentVUE account, were emailed on July 15, 2019. Please be on the lookout for an email titled, "ParentVUE Activation" from noreply@pwcs.edu on this date. Please make sure to check your SPAM/Junk Mail folders for these emails.

Parents who did not receive this email may contact the Main Office or Counseling Office to register their email for access.  Help will also be available during New Student Orientation (August 22 9am-12pm) and Back to School Night (September 5, 6pm - 8pm)

Students will begin to have access to StudentVue on August 19.  Their login will be the same one they use to login to a school computer.  On August 21 student schedules will appear in StudentVue without teacher names, and on August 23 teacher names will populate.

Students you can check if you remember your computer login password before coming to the school by trying to log into your Microsoft email.  Go to office365.pwcs.edu and enter your username@pwcs-edu.org, then enter the password you last remember using to log into the computer.  If the password you try works you are good to go! You will be able to log into StudentVue on Aug 19th.  If students need a password reset, they can see the schedule below for support from Ms. Robinson, our Instructional Technology Coach, or the Library staff.

In order to make sure both students have access to their accounts before the start of the school Ms. Robinson, our Instructional Technology Coach,  and Library Staff will be available at the following dates and times to assist you:

  • August 9 and 12, 8am-1pm in the Library
  • August 20: 8am-10am in the Library
  • August 21: 8am-1pm Library
  • August 22 8am-1pm in the Library during New Student Orientation
  • September 5: 6pm-8pm in the Library during Back to School Night

Parents you must have a photo ID with you to update your record in the student information system.  This is to protect your student's data privacy.  Parents records are updating in the Counseling office or through the administrator's secretary.

These are the only times available for parents and students to come to the school to meet with Ms. Robinson for this as she will be working with teachers to help them prepare for the week of school.
