Military Connected Student Support

Military Connected Student Support

Freedom High School proudly supports military-connected students and families representing every branch of our Armed Forces. We recognize that military life often involves frequent relocations, deployments, transitions, and unique challenges. Our goal is to ensure every military-connected student experiences a smooth transition, feels welcomed, and has access to the resources necessary for academic, social, and personal success.

As a Prince William County Public Schools community, we are committed to creating a supportive environment that recognizes the sacrifices and strengths of military families while helping students thrive in school, leadership opportunities, extracurricular activities, and future career pathways. Prince William County is home to a large military population and is conveniently located near Marine Corps Base Quantico, Fort Belvoir, Joint Base Andrews, the Pentagon, and numerous military and federal installations. If your student is transferring from another ROTC unit, please have their transcript forwarded to [email protected] or call 703-583-1405.
